Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped or entered production. If a cancellation request is approved during this stage, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to the return policy below where applicable.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible products. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process a return request.
Products should not be returned directly to the manufacturer. Customers must contact our customer service team before returning any item in order to obtain return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is requested for reasons unrelated to product quality, damage, or fulfillment errors, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The actual amount will depend on the shipping service selected for the return.
If the return results from a damaged item, an incorrect product, or another issue attributable to us, the customer will not be required to pay return shipping costs for that return.
No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.
Refunds
After a returned item has been received and inspected, we will send an email confirming receipt of the return and notifying you of the outcome of the review.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing is generally completed within 7 days after approval, although the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account or payment account records.
You may also contact your credit card provider, as it can take additional time before a refund is reflected on your statement. If necessary, please contact your bank or payment institution for further information regarding processing times.
